There are no additional charges for shipping; your subscription covers all costs, including the shipping and consultation fee. We ship via 2-day shipping, ensuring your order arrives swiftly and securely.
Where are EllieMD's Telehealth services available
Products and prescription medications are available for shipment to all states within the United States, except for Mississippi and South Carolina (See product details for specific state exemptions). Please be aware that we do not ship to US territories, including Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and other US territories. Additionally, we currently do not offer international shipping.
Can products and medication be shipped to PO Boxes or APO addresses/military bases?
How Long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once shipped, most packages arrive within 2 to 5 business days.
After placing an order, it undergoes a review process. You will have the option to choose your preferred appointment schedule with your doctor, who will review and approve your prescription. The pharmacies we partner with are currently experiencing a processing time of 7-10 business days.
