Refund and Return Policy

All Products:

Due to the nature of prescription products, we cannot offer a return or refund. Regulations set forth by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). This policy is final and non-negotiable.

Weight Management:

• For cancellation request pre-fulfillment, if your prescription has already been approved by our doctor, you will receive a refund minus the $100 consultation fee. You will not be charged if your prescription has been rejected or if you have not yet consulted with our doctor.
  
  
• For orders sent to the pharmacy, you will receive a refund minus the $100 consultation fee if the order is successfully cancelled. No refund will be issued for orders that have already been fulfilled and cannot be cancelled.
  
  
• Prescription products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances due to the nature of the products and regulations set forth by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). This policy is final and non-negotiable.
  
  
• To avoid being billed for the next 12-week subscription cycle, you must cancel your subscription before the current cycle ends. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the billing cycle has started, but you may be eligible for a EllieMD gift card.
  
  
• If you choose to cancel your subscription at any point during the 12-week cycle, you are still responsible for the full amount of the contract. This means you must complete the payments for the remaining period of the current 12-week cycle.
