NAD+ Injection (Tier 2)

Tier 1:

• 100mg once a week for 4 weeks
• 150mg once a week for next 4 weeks

Tier 2:

• 200mg once a week for 8 weeks

Multiple clinical trials have assessed the effectiveness and safety of NAD+ use for treating symptoms associated with aging and aging-related disease. No study reported severe side effects. Therefore, NAD+ is considered “likely to be safe.” More side effects may be expected at higher doses, such as liver injury in susceptible people, headaches, skin flushing, and dizziness. 

It’s essential to discuss potential risks with a healthcare provider before starting NAD+ therapy, especially if you have underlying health conditions or are taking other medications.

Here are the list of contraindications:

• Allergy to NAD+ or Components: Patients with a known allergy to NAD+ or any of the ingredients in the injection should not receive it.
• Autoimmune Diseases: Patients with autoimmune diseases should be evaluated carefully, as NAD+ may have effects on the immune system.
• Cardiovascular Conditions: Patients with a history of cardiovascular diseases, such as heart disease, hypertension, or arrhythmias, need careful assessment and monitoring.
• Liver or Kidney Disease: Patients with severe liver or kidney conditions should avoid NAD+ injections due to potential complications.
• Injection Site Infections: Active infections or significant skin conditions at the injection site can interfere with the effectiveness and safety of the injections.
• Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: The safety of NAD+ injections during pregnancy and breastfeeding has not been established, and they should be used with caution.
