Each order includes one 10 mL bottle of the Tadalafil/Oxytocin/PT-141 nasal spray. Each 0.1 mL spray delivers 5 mg of tadalafil, 60 IU of oxytocin, and 0.25 mg of PT-141. Dosing is determined by your licensed provider based on your individual health profile and treatment goals. Many patients begin with one spray per nostril prior to anticipated sexual activity, with adjustments made as clinically appropriate. Based on typical prescribing patterns, a single bottle is designed to last approximately 2 months. Please follow the dosing instructions provided by your healthcare provider to ensure safe and appropriate use.

Elate Spray is intended for on-demand use. Administer one spray in each nostril approximately 30 to 45 minutes prior to anticipated intimacy. During the first week, most patients begin with one spray per nostril. In the second week, a provider may recommend increasing to two sprays per nostril, and from week three and onward, up to three sprays per nostril may be used as directed.

 Do not use Elate Spray more than once in a 24-hour period. Use is typically limited to one to two times per week, and no more than eight doses per month. Always follow the dosing instructions provided by your healthcare professional to ensure safe and appropriate use.

Yes, the amount of medication remaining can vary depending on how often you use Elate Spray (once versus twice weekly) and how your dose has been titrated over time. Many patients begin with one spray per nostril during the first week, increase to two sprays per nostril in the second week, and may use up to three sprays per nostril from week three onward as directed by their provider. 

Because of these gradual titration options and flexible weekly use, some patients will have medication remaining even when following instructions precisely. Even at the highest recommended titration and frequency, a single bottle is designed to provide approximately a two-month supply.

The medication should be refrigerated immediately after arrival to maintain quality. The medication should be stored at 2-8°C (36-46°F).

Tadalafil/Oxytocin/PT-141 nasal spray is a compounded medication that should only be used under the supervision of a licensed healthcare provider. Individuals with the following conditions or circumstances should avoid use unless specifically directed by a qualified medical professional. Always consult your primary care provider before starting this or any new medication to ensure it is safe for your individual health profile: 

Cardiovascular Disease or Uncontrolled Hypertension/Hypotension - Tadalafil affects blood pressure and vascular function. Individuals with a history of heart attack, stroke, unstable angina, or severe hypertension should avoid use unless cleared by a cardiologist. 

Pregnancy or Breastfeeding - There is insufficient research on the safety of PT-141, oxytocin, or tadalafil during pregnancy or lactation. As a precaution, this medication should not be used by individuals who are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding. 

Use of Nitrates or Beta & Alpha-Blockers - Tadalafil may dangerously lower blood pressure when combined with nitrate medications or certain alpha-blockers. Individuals taking medications such as nitroglycerin, isosorbide, or tamsulosin should not use this product. 

Severe Liver or Kidney Impairment - These compounds are metabolized and cleared by the liver and kidneys. Individuals with advanced hepatic or renal impairment should avoid use or be closely monitored by a healthcare provider.

Psychiatric Conditions - While oxytocin and PT-141 may influence mood and emotional processing, their use in individuals with conditions such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or severe anxiety should be carefully evaluated by a mental health professional. 

Known Allergies to Ingredients - Individuals with known allergies or sensitivities to oxytocin, PT-141, tadalafil, or other PDE5 inhibitors should not use this product. 

Retinal Disorders (e.g., NAION)- Tadalafil has been associated with rare cases of non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION). Individuals with a history of retinal conditions should avoid use unless cleared by an eye specialist.

While Elate Spray is generally well tolerated, some individuals may experience mild and temporary side effects. These can include facial flushing or warmth, headache, mild dizziness, nausea or stomach discomfort, temporary changes in blood pressure, nasal congestion or in rare cases, mild anxiety or emotional sensitivity associated with PT-141 or oxytocin. 

If any side effects persist, worsen, or feel concerning, discontinue use and consult your healthcare provider. As with any compounded medication, individual responses may vary.

Elate Spray may be used alongside certain therapies, such as GLP-1 medications or hormone replacement therapy, when deemed appropriate by your provider. Because tadalafil and PT-141 can interact with other medications, particularly those affecting blood pressure or neurological function, it is important to disclose all current prescriptions, supplements, and medical conditions during your intake process so your provider can evaluate safety on an individual basis.
